In this role, you will provide functional Consulting expertise to a variety of clients in a onsite/hybrid/remote capacity. Working part of the implementation team to assist with successful BC implementations and maintenance of the solutions. The successful candidate must demonstrate a willingness to go the extra mile for the team’s success. They will be a leader, problem solver, creative thinker, and interested in learning about their client’s businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand the functional requirements and scope out modifications and custom development
  • Support in D365BC/NAV for new and existing customers, accept and appropriately resolve customer issues ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
  • Attending internal and customer meetings as required, executing functional tasks, and generating documentation and statements of work.
  • Ensure development best practices are adhered to by other team members
  • Conduct Code Reviews and mentor other team members
  • Communicate effectively in all mediums and to all levels within the organization.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience with Microsoft D365BC and/or NAV is strongly preferred
  • 2-4 End-to-End implementation experience in D365BC/NAV
  • Different Industry experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Wholesale & Distribution, trading, and supply chain is desirable
  • Microsoft Certifications related to Job role mentioned

Qualifications

  1. Successful and referenceable Support/Implementation experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC
  2. Knowledge of EDI standards and EDI integration
  3. CA/ CPA or MBA/ PGDM in Finance/Accounting/SCM or equivalent qualification
  4. Previous experience working in IT consulting or Microsoft Partner company preferred
